As a Senior Product Designer, you will be a foundational member of the Efekta Design Studio, driving the visual language and interaction model for our core learning platforms across mobile and web. Your expertise will bridge pedagogy, visual craft, and technology to bring learning to life through elegant, emotive, and accessible designs and content.
What You’ll Be Building (Key Responsibilities & Outcomes)
Design Systems & Unification – Establish and scale the visual design system, motion principles, and component libraries that unify Efekta’s learning ecosystem, ensuring unparalleled quality and consistency across every platform.
Creative Craft & Execution – Lead the creative development of visual themes for content, learning interfaces, and AI characters; design and ship emotionally impactful digital learning experiences on web and mobile; prototype and test sophisticated interactions and motion storytelling; produce polished visual assets, motion studies, and creative content.
Strategy & Collaboration – Drive the integration of Generative AI tools into the design pipeline; partner closely with Learning Designers, Engineers, and Product Managers to forge cohesive user experiences that seamlessly merge pedagogy with market‑leading design.

Deep specialization in visual craft, brand execution, and motion.
Elite visual aesthetic, sharp eye for detail, composition, and motion storytelling.
Relentless learner who starts with the “Why?” and is driven by a mission to define the next generation of education.
Systems thinker who balances high‑level vision with pixel‑perfect execution.
Tool power user – expert‑level proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite, actively leveraging generative AI tools.
Collaborative force – organized, articulate, and communicative, seeking close cross‑functional partnerships to deliver high‑impact user experiences.
Role Requirements
8+ years of professional experience designing and shipping digital products, apps, and content experiences at scale.
Expert‑level proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite, with mastery of visual and motion design.
Proven history of creating, maintaining, and scaling design systems and visual languages.
A strong, articulate portfolio demonstrating a range of product strategy, visual identity, character design, and motion storytelling work.
Eligibility to work in the UK.
