Über
To provide planned and reactive maintenance across the client's commercial portfolio throughout the city
To deliver high-quality building services maintenance in line with client SLAs
To work as a foot mobile engineer covering multiple sites within Zones 1-3
To take a proactive approach in identifying faults and escalating issues where required
To ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
Key Responsibilities
Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks
Diagnose and repair mechanical or electrical faults depending on bias
Maintain plant, equipment, and building services systems across commercial properties
Ensure all work orders are completed within agreed timeframes
Liaise professionally with clients and site representatives
Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety and statutory requirements
Accurately complete paperwork and maintenance reports
Work independently while supporting the wider engineering team when required
Ensure high standards of workmanship across all sites
Personal Experience / Qualifications / Skills
Mechanical or Electrical bias
Must hold a Level 2 qualification or be fully qualified electrically
Minimum 5 years' experience within Building Services / Facilities Maintenance
Strong fault-finding and maintenance experienceAbility to work independently across multiple sites
Good communication and customer service skills
Strong understanding of Health & Safety procedures
Reliable, professional, and well‑organised
Willingness to attend training and develop skills
Role Details & Benefits
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Salary: £45,000
Travel: Zones 1-3 Travel Card provided
