_*Lewisburg Home Health*_, part of VNA Health System, a leader in providing quality home health and hospice care, has a full-time and part-time opportunity for a licensed _*PHYSICAL THERAPIST *_to provide care and treatment in the home for patients with pain, mobility, stamina and endurance issues. _*\*Sign on bonus offered\**_
Responsibilities include initial assessment, care evaluations, preparing individualized treatment plans, progress evaluations, knowledge of physical therapy modalities, and use of high-tech, clinical equipment.
Physical Therapist's service area includes: Union, Snyder, parts of Northumberland and Lycoming (Williamsport area) counties. One-year physical therapy experience preferred.
