About Us
*Pediatric Dentistry of Monsey* is a warm, welcoming dental home for children and families in Suffern, NY. We're currently seeking a *compassionate, skilled, and energetic Dental Hygienist* to join our team *Full-time*. Work Schedule
* *Full-Time (5 days/week)*
* *Part-Time (Mondays & Wednesdays)*
* Hours: *9:00 AM - 5:00 PM* (some flexibility available)
* Occasional travel to our other offices (within a reasonable distance) may be requested
Key Responsibilities
* Perform routine cleanings, fluoride treatments, and apply sealants
* Conduct oral health assessments and screenings
* Educate children and families on proper oral hygiene and preventive care
* Accurately record patient medical and dental histories
* Maintain a clean, safe, and kid-friendly clinical environment
* Collaborate with dentists, assistants, and front office staff
* Provide occasional front desk support as needed
What We're Looking For
* Associate's Degree in Dental Hygiene (Required)
* *Valid NYS Dental Hygienist License* (Required)
* *Pediatric dental experience preferred*
* CPR Certification (Preferred)
* Excellent communication and patient rapport skills
* Team-oriented with a cheerful, professional attitude
