In this key leadership role, you’ll work in a highly collaborative, team-oriented environment, assisting the Director of Sales in managing the daily activities of our community sales department.

An onsite medical center, providing wellness visits and sick care to all team members over 18 years of ageState-of-the-art campuses, ongoing expansion plans and design enhancements to ensure we continue to set the standard for senior living excellenceCompensation: $85,000 - 95,000 per year plus generous commissions & bonus!Competitive benefits packages including medical, dental, vision, and PTO in accordance with applicable state lawHow you will make an impactManage the sales office in the absence of the Sales DirectorPerform weekly reporting, including a summary of the office activity and an analysis of the results of our key sales indicatorsSupervise the pre-sales area of the office (phone, walk-ins, kit responses, etc.)Oversee all sales programs that accelerate the sales curve for the Priority ListAssist with sales process management and tracking of key sales dataAssist with the management of our data entry and reporting process, our move-in process, and our event programDevelop productive relationships and partnerships with leaders and teams – inside and outside the sales officeChampion our One Team leadership principles and contribute to a great office cultureWhat you will needMinimum 2 years of sales and 1 year of management experience required.Ability to develop staff through coaching and mentoringStrong public speaking and effective presentation skillsKeen ability to analyze relevant sales dataStrong analytical and problem solving skillsPlease note that specific state regulations and requirements may be applicable.
