Responsibilities
Build Relationships: Nurture enriching relationships to build clientele for life.
Product Expertise: Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority. Know the ins and outs of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies.
Professional Team Development: Develop an effective team that meets sales objectives monthly. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills are essential for this role.
Report: Report directly to the General Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, and reviews. Analyze trends and data.
Bring Your ‘A Game’: Come to work every day with a positive attitude and a commitment to success.
Key Responsibilities: Includes hiring, training, and motivating staff, analyzing market trends, coordinating with other departments like finance and marketing, and reporting sales performance to upper management.
