Job Details Location: Queensbury, NY 12804 Salary Range: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 Title: Automotive Sales Manager Job Summary The Automotive Sales Manager at DELLA Auto Group in Queensbury, New York is a full-time individual contributor role in the auto industry. This role is responsible for managing the sales team and ensuring the dealership meets its sales targets. The ideal candidate for this position should have a strong background in the automotive industry and extensive experience in sales management. Develop and implement sales strategies and programs to increase dealership revenue. Train and onboard new sales associates, ensuring they are knowledgeable about the dealership's products and sales processes. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and make necessary adjustments. Oversee the negotiation and closing of sales deals. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and development for the sales team. Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and competitors' activities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field. Minimum of 5 years experience in automotive sales, with at least 2 years in a sales management role. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing abilities. Knowledge of dealership operations, sales processes, and finance.
