We are seeking a highly motivated Account Manager to develop new and service existing patient referral sources for our diabetes product line, targeting endocrinology and large primary care practices within a strategic geographic territory. The role requires a self‑motivated individual who thrives in a high‑energy work environment and has a hunger for learning. Knowledge of the medical supply industry and technology platforms is a plus but not required.
A Day in the Life of an Account Manager
Market the Continuous Glucose Monitor unique patient supply service and proprietary technology to diabetes clinicians.
Establish and maintain relationships with clinical care givers.
Continuously assist the company's referral network to stay apprised of the category's new products and the requirements for insurance coverage of these products.
Perform group and individual presentations on product choices and qualification guidelines to referral sources.
Achieve referral quotas and company objectives.
Maintain compliance with all federal & state regulatory guidelines, accreditation standards and company policies.
Communicate effectively and follow through on all commitments and client needs.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration.
A proven track record of accomplishments and overachievement.
An outgoing, energetic, and pleasing personality with the demeanor and flexibility to communicate with patients, physicians, nurses, case managers and other professionals.
Ability to handle fast‑paced environment and multitasking.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook.
The discipline to adhere to and operate within a highly regulated industry.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
