At Centria Autism, our Hybrid BCBA role offers the best of both worlds: the ability to work from home part of the week, combined with meaningful in-person collaboration with clients, families, and clinical teams.In this position, you'll deliver and oversee high-quality ABA therapy across both virtual and in-home settings, supported by our clinical systems, operational teams, and a commitment to compassionate, client-centered care.Criteria for the Hybrid BCBA role includes weekly in-person supervision.Compensation & Incentives – Earn a base salary of $90,000–$100,000, plus weekly and monthly bonus opportunities (typically averaging $1,000/month) and a $10,000 signing bonus.Why Choose a Hybrid Role at Centria?Balance Flexibility with Clinical Connection – Split your time between remote supervision, planning, and collaboration, and in-person visits that keep you connected to your clients and team.

Supervise and support Behavior Technicians virtually and during scheduled in-person visits
Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles
Engage parents in their child's therapy with monthly parent training to drive meaningful progress
