3+ years of supervisory experience preferred
Outbound telesales experience preferred
Highly motivated with a strong drive for success and sales excellence
Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and follow through effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Bachelor's degree preferred; High School diploma or equivalent required
Lead, and motivate a team of Inside Sales Representatives to achieve and exceed sales goals
Coach and mentor team members through continuous feedback, performance development, and ongoing skill-building initiatives to drive individual and team success
Drive sales growth initiatives while fostering a high-energy, results-driven team culture
Establish effective relationships and collaborate with all departments to address key business opportunities
Focus on achieving sales quotas, KPIs, and overall business objectives, through monitoring, analyzing, and managing key performance metrics to maximize team success
Create a positive, engaging environment that encourages growth, accountability, and performance excellence
Partner closely with the Sales Manager to achieve daily and monthly team goals, driving overall success, performance, and company growth
Schedule: Monday Friday 10am 7pm
