To shape the People Strategy through data-driven insights, the full-time remote People Analytics Manager will analyze organizational health, identify trends in people dynamics, and provide strategic recommendations in collaboration with HR and business leadership. Key responsibilities
Utilize data analysis to identify patterns related to recruitment, attrition, and engagement, ensuring data accuracy and completeness Collaborate with business partners to connect data trends with business needs and people strategy Develop user-friendly dashboards for tracking key metrics and support data-driven decision-making
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience 7-10+ years of experience in people analytics within a corporate environment Proficiency with business intelligence tools and HRIS systems Strong Excel and data analysis capabilities Experience in business analysis and statistical analysis
