Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience 7-10+ years of experience in people analytics within a corporate environment Proficiency with business intelligence tools and HRIS systems Strong Excel and data analysis capabilities Experience in business analysis and statistical analysis
