Now Hiring: LVN Supervisor - Full-Time 📍 Diablo Valley Post Acute - Concord, CA 💰 Pay Range: $40-$42/hour DOE (Depending on Experience) Join a team that is committed to excellence in patient care and clinical leadership. At Diablo Valley Post Acute, we are seeking an experienced and compassionate LVN Supervisor to lead and support our nursing team in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment. Position Summary The LVN Supervisor is responsible for overseeing nursing staff, ensuring quality resident care, maintaining compliance with facility policies and regulations, and promoting a positive and supportive work environment. This leadership role is ideal for a motivated LVN with strong clinical and organizational skills. Qualifications
Active California LVN license in good standing Minimum 3-5 years of nursing experience required Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred Skilled nursing or post-acute care experience strongly preferred Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams Responsibilities
Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts Ensure residents receive high-quality, compassionate care Monitor clinical documentation and compliance standards Assist with admissions, discharges, and care coordination Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and healthcare teams Promote a positive and professional workplace culture Why Join Diablo Valley Post Acute?
