As an Regional Sales Manager at ToolBelt, you won’t be cold-calling into the void. You’ll be working within an established partner ecosystem, some of the largest names in home improvement and building materials, where warm pipelines are built in and your job is to convert, activate, and expand. This is enterprise sales with real infrastructure behind it: qualified leads, strong brand credibility, and a product that genuinely solves a painful problem.
You’ll report directly to the Senior Vice President of Sales and be a core part of shaping how ToolBelt grows its commercial footprint region by region. If you’re a closer who thrives in a structured-but-scrappy environment and wants equity-level upside without the equity-level risk, read on.
Core Responsibilities
Own a defined geographic territory and drive revenue through enterprise partner channels, think large-scale distribution relationships where your job is to activate and expand within an already-warm network of contractor and tradesperson customers.
Manage the full sales cycle from qualified lead to closed deal: discovery, product demo, proposal, negotiation, and close.
Work closely with partner account teams to identify high-value opportunities, co-sell where appropriate, and ensure ToolBelt is top of mind at every touchpoint.
Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets, this role is built for high achievers who want uncapped upside.
Maintain clean, up-to-date pipeline activity in CRM and communicate forecast accurately to the SVP of Sales.
Serve as a voice of the customer internally, surfacing insights from the field to inform product, marketing, and partnership strategy.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success to ensure strong onboarding and retention for the accounts you close.
We’re looking for a motivated, high achieving Account Executive with
2–4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in an enterprise or channel sales role.
Demonstrated track record of hitting or exceeding quota in a structured sales environment.
Comfort and competence selling through partner ecosystems or distribution channels, you understand how to work within a co-sell motion and leverage partner relationships to generate and close business.
Strong discovery and consultative selling skills, you ask good questions and tailor your pitch to the customer’s actual situation.
Experience in construction, home improvement, SaaS, or marketplace/platform businesses is a strong plus.
CRM discipline (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent), you treat your pipeline like the asset it is.
Excellent verbal and written communication; credible and compelling in front of both field-level buyers and executive stakeholders.
Self-starter mentality with the ability to operate independently in a remote/regional capacity without losing alignment with the broader team.
Looking to add representation in the Midwest. Location will be important as travel is required for the role.
