Cincinnati, OH Job Title: Sr. Manager/ Manager, Business Analytics Department: Business Strategy & Analytics Reports to: Sr. Director of Business Strategy & Analytics Job Summary The (Sr.) Manager of Business Analytics serves as a strategic leader within FC Cincinnati's Business Intelligence Department, responsible for overseeing analytical initiatives, managing a team of analysts, and delivering actionable insights that drive revenue growth, enhance fan experience, and support organizational decision-making. This role bridges data analytics with business strategy, translating complex data into clear recommendations for senior leadership while developing the capabilities of the analytics team. The Manager will lead cross-functional analytics projects, establish reporting standards, and foster a data-driven culture across the organization. What You'll Do Lead and mentor a team of business analysts, providing guidance, professional development, and performance management Develop and execute the department's analytics strategy in alignment with organizational objectives and MLS/league initiatives Oversee the creation and maintenance of comprehensive dashboards, automated reporting systems, and KPIs across all business units Support adoption and training of the reporting environment across the organization Ensure accuracy and timeliness of internal and external reporting across the organization along with data quality of which is reported Manage analytics projects from conception through implementation, ensuring timely delivery and measurable business impact Lead complex analytical initiatives including predictive modeling, pricing optimization, fan segmentation, and revenue forecasting Collaborate with IT and external vendors to enhance data infrastructure, tools, and integration capabilities Support the development, build-out, and optimization of the data warehouse, overseeing the entire data lifecycle from ingestion/transformation to ongoing maintenance and secure data export to downstream tools and external vendors.
