Bachelor of Science in Information Systems or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience). 3+ years of demonstrated managerial oversight leading high-performing software engineering teams, with accountability for team outcomes and delivery. Experience providing technical leadership within a development organization, including engineering practices, and technical decision-making. Experience providing human leadership within a development organization, including coaching, discipline, goal setting, commitment and evaluation. Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position. Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location.
