Essential Duties and Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the ability to
Respond to requests for service and assistance from Contract Manager, clients, and superintendentPrepare, issue, and send out receipts, bills, policies, invoices, statements, and checksManage RFI ProgramAssist construction site staff with office equipment and materials.Prepare and transmit daily field labor reportsPerform general office duties such as making copies, document control, processing mail, and answering phones. Oversee and process day-to-day administrative items such as expense reports, supply requisitions, personnel transaction forms, budgets.Update project /delivery schedules, reports, change orders and documents based on revisions and changes to the project. Keep project meeting and appointment schedules to ensure all meetings and reports are properly addressedManage submittal programManage safety documents
Qualifications
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required A minimum of six months of experience in an Administrative role requiredConstruction experience and familiarity with contracts preferredAbility to remain professional and diplomatic in stressful situationsAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manualsAbility to write routine reports and correspondence.Exceptional written and verbal communication skillsAbility to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphsAbility to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.Experience using and manipulating spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel and expert in using Microsoft Word.Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Work Environment: Employee may be required to wear hardhat and safety glasses and will be required to observe safety procedures at job site. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud outside the site office.
