Job Summary

Envirocheck is seeking an Administrative Assistant that is bright, friendly, and highly motivated with strong organizational skills. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and provide excellent customer service to our clients.
Duties and Responsibilities
Correspondence with ClientsAssist logistical coordinationData EntryMailingHandling Walk in ClientsAdministrative Support
Schedule
8 hour shiftMonday to Friday
Qualifications and Skills
Must have a friendly and outgoing demeanorMust be able to work independently as well as with a teamMust be able to multi-taskMust be punctual with good attendanceAbility to work in a highly organized and efficient manner
Education
High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience
Microsoft Office: 1 year (Required)Customer Service: 1 year (Required)
