About

Waste Masters is hiring a driven, results-orientedTerritory Sales Managerto build and grow a book of business within an assigned territory. This is a field-based role focused onprospecting, relationship building, and closing new business in a competitive, essential service industry.

What You’ll Do:

• Generate new business throughprospecting,cold calling, and in-person visits

• Build and manage a consistent, active sales pipeline

• Conduct site evaluations and present tailoredwaste and recycling solutions

• Negotiate and close service agreements

• Partner with operations andcustomer serviceto ensure seamless customer experience

• Maintain accurate pipeline, activity, and account data inSalesforce

What It Takes to Succeed:

• Comfort withprospectingand outbound activity

• Strong ownership of pipeline and results

• Consistency, discipline, and follow-through

• Ability to manage time and territory independently

• Experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (B2B preferred)

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
