Position Overview: As a Business Development Representative, your mission is to grow and maintain a thriving client base by promoting PuroClean's restoration services in your territory. You will actively identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key stakeholders, and educate potential clients on the value of our services. Your success will be defined by exceeding sales goals and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
- Proactively prospect, identify, and build relationships with new clients and partners.
- Achieve revenue targets through consultative selling and consistent follow-up.
- Manage and expand a 'Top 25 Client' list, delivering lunch-and-learn sessions and continuing education opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate service scoping, pretesting, and job estimates.
- Represent PuroClean at community events, networking opportunities, and professional associations to enhance brand visibility.
- Maintain clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure customer needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Uphold safety and brand standards in all activities.
