Requirement/Must Have:

  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university is required.
  • 5–7+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst required.
  • Experience in data governance, data privacy, controls, or process improvement is required.
  • Strong functional business analysis experience required.
  • Experience conducting stakeholder interviews and gathering business requirements is required.
  • Experience supporting privacy impact assessments and governance initiatives required.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills required.
  • Ability to simplify complex topics for technical and non-technical audiences required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required.


Responsibilities:

  • Support implementation and maintenance of the Data Office framework and privacy initiatives.
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews to understand business processes involving personal data.
  • Identify privacy risks, impacts, and compliance requirements related to data processing activities.
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of data privacy procedures, guidelines, and training materials.
  • Perform Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) and support privacy governance activities.
  • Maintain inventory and documentation of data processing activities and personal data usage.
  • Deliver privacy awareness training sessions and educational programs for employees and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including Legal, IT, Cybersecurity, Risk, Compliance, and Business teams.
  • Evaluate risks related to personal data handling and third-party vendor activities.
  • Recommend mitigation strategies and process improvements related to governance and compliance.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to data governance and data privacy programs.


Should Have:

  • Experience working within data management or data governance organizations is preferred.
  • Knowledge of privacy regulations and governance frameworks preferred.
  • Experience preparing executive-level presentations preferred.
  • Experience working in fast-paced and regulated environments preferred.

Responsabilités:

  • Soutenir la mise en Ĺ“uvre et le maintien du cadre du Bureau des donnĂ©es et des initiatives liĂ©es Ă  la confidentialitĂ© des donnĂ©es.
  • Mener des entrevues avec les parties prenantes afin de comprendre les processus d’affaires impliquant des donnĂ©es personnelles.
  • Identifier les risques liĂ©s Ă  la confidentialitĂ©, les impacts et les exigences de conformitĂ© associĂ©s aux activitĂ©s de traitement des donnĂ©es.
  • Participer au dĂ©veloppement et au maintien des procĂ©dures, lignes directrices et documents de formation liĂ©s Ă  la confidentialitĂ© des donnĂ©es.
  • RĂ©aliser des Ă©valuations des impacts sur la vie privĂ©e (PIA) et soutenir les activitĂ©s de gouvernance de la confidentialitĂ©.
  • Maintenir l’inventaire et la documentation des activitĂ©s de traitement des donnĂ©es et de l’utilisation des donnĂ©es personnelles.
  • Offrir des sessions de sensibilisation et de formation sur la confidentialitĂ© des donnĂ©es aux employĂ©s et aux parties prenantes.
  • Collaborer avec des Ă©quipes multidisciplinaires, incluant les Ă©quipes Juridique, TI, CybersĂ©curitĂ©, Risques, ConformitĂ© et Affaires.
  • Évaluer les risques liĂ©s Ă  la gestion des donnĂ©es personnelles et aux fournisseurs tiers.
  • Recommander des stratĂ©gies d’attĂ©nuation et des amĂ©liorations de processus liĂ©es Ă  la gouvernance et Ă  la conformitĂ©.
  • PrĂ©parer des prĂ©sentations, rapports et documents destinĂ©s Ă  la haute direction et aux parties prenantes.
  • Soutenir les initiatives d’amĂ©lioration continue liĂ©es Ă  la gouvernance et Ă  la confidentialitĂ© des donnĂ©es.
