Qualifications 2+ years of experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, or phone-based sales Ability to be comfortable in a role where your success is measured by daily KPIs (calls made, appointments booked) and where bonuses are tied to performance Ability to commit to strict punctuality and a consistent high-energy work schedule As an Outbound Sales Specialist, you are the primary link between our customers and our service bays.
