IT P&C Commercial Lines Application Delivery Manager (m/w/d) 80 - 100%

Im Bereich Property & Casualty unterstützst du die Umsetzung der Strategie der Zurich Schweiz, indem wir die passende IT-Applikationslandschaft für den Firmenkundbereich bereitstellen, betreiben und die Digitalisierung vorantreiben.
Für die tatkräftige Unterstützung eines zentralen und geschäftskritischen Policenverwaltungssystem im Bereich IT Property & Casualty Commercial Lines suchen wir einen verantwortungsvollen und gewissenhaften IT Application Delivery Manager. Diese Rolle verantwortet den Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung von business-kritischen IT-Services und IT-Applikationen, die aktive Kommunikation mit internen und externen Stakeholdern sowie die Umsetzung von Projekten als Teil eines kleinen, effizienten Teams.

Was du tust
Du stellst die Lieferung der übertragenen IT Services in der erforderlichen Qualität, im gewünschten Zeitplan und innerhalb der geplanten Kosten sicher
Du sorgst für die stufengerechte, klare und verständliche Kommunikation mit den Stakeholdern sowie mit internen und externen IT-Partnern
Du betreust die täglichen Geschäftsprozesse und zugehörigen IT-Systeme im Bereich Policenverwaltung wie Offerten-/Policentransaktionen, Massenläufe, etc.
Du organisierst und überwachst das Management von Abhängigkeiten und Schnittstellen mit laufenden und neuen Projekten
Du definierst und erweiterst die bestehenden IT Services sowie deren Überführung in den produktiven Betrieb
Was du mitbringst
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im täglichen Betrieb und der Wartung von Mainframe-Applikationen und im Betrieb und Betreuung von Windows- und Cloud-Applikationen
Kenntnisse in CA Gen, Visual Studio, Java, Java Skript, Phython, DB Visualizer, etc.
Hohe Leistungsbereitschaft und Belastbarkeit im Umfeld Projektmanagement und Operations
Bereitschaft zur Erledigung von zeitsensitiven Aufgaben sowie zur gelegentlichen Wochenendarbeit im Pikett-Dienst
Fliessend Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse
