Our mission is to deliver clean, affordable energy solutions while positively impacting the environment./ppPosition Overview/ppAs an Outside Sales Representative, you will be the face of IGS in your assigned territory, engaging homeowners directly, educating them about solar energy and heat pumps, and closing sales. You will manage your own sales pipeline, build lasting relationships, and contribute to the companys growth by delivering exceptional customer service./ppKey Responsibilities/pulliConduct in-person sales appointments at homeowner locations, presenting the benefits of solar energy and heat pumps./liliGenerate and manage a pipeline of sales leads within your territory./liliAddress customer questions and objections with professionalism and expertise./liliGuide prospects through the sales process, building trust and closing deals./liliDevelop customer networks through referrals and community engagement./liliAttend ongoing training sessions and team meetings to stay informed on products and sales strategies./li/ulpRequired Qualifications/pulliExceptional communication and interpersonal skills./liliAbility to build rapport and trust with customers quickly./liliStrong organizational and time management skills to handle a dynamic territory./liliCoachable, trainable, and self-driven to meet and exceed sales goals./liliWillingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends./li/ulpPreferred Experience/pulliOutside sales experience in HVAC, energy efficiency, plumbing, roofing, home appliances, security systems, or solar industries./li/ulpCompensation Benefits/pulliBase pay of $600 per week plus unlimited, uncapped commission potential./liliCompany-provided sales vehicle after 90 days or upon reaching sales targets./liliW2 position with benefits including 401(k), paid time off, and paid training./liliNo cold prospecting requiredleads are provided and qualified./liliFlexible scheduling and opportunity for career advancement./liliAverage reps earn $100,000 $150,000+ annually./li/ulpAdditional Information/pulliExtensive travel required within an 80-mile radius of Utica, NY./li/ulpBenefits:/pulli401(k)/liliFlexible schedule/liliPaid time off/liliPaid training/li/ul/div
