As an Outside Sales Representative 1 (Setter), you'll start in the field, meeting homeowners and introducing them to R3's services. Your primary role is simple: offer complimentary property inspections. You do not perform the inspection yourself. Once the homeowner agrees, you hand the opportunity off to an Outside Sales Representative 2 (Closer)who conducts the inspection and finalizes the contingency agreement. This structure allows you to excel at what you do best: meeting people, building rapport, and creating high-quality leads that convert into sales. This is a high-energy, performance-driven role designed for individuals who are competitive, coachable, and ready for future leadership opportunities. Your compensation structure includes: $40 for every qualified lead you generate An additional $160 for every closed deal New hires receive $600 per week in training pay for the first 6 weeks, plus uncapped commission opportunities during training This position offers strong earning potential for motivated, driven individuals who are ready to grow with the team.
