They trust with their most intimate stories and vulnerabilities, and in return, they deserve reassurance, excellent client service, compassionate guidance, and tailored solutions to help them create new beginnings.
The Client Engagement Specialist must be able to sell the dream of a brighter future, provide a high level of client service, and follow up with prospects persistently on a long-term basis.
Family law/law firm-specific experience is not required, but the ideal candidate has personal experience navigating a family law case of some kind no one is better equipped to guide our prospects and clients through this process than someone who has walked in their shoes.

Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Meet with prospective clients and guide them through options for representation. Understand their needs and communicate how our firm can help- without giving legal advice.
- Follow-Up Mastery: Implement and execute follow-up strategies to keep potential clients engaged and informed.
- Goal-Oriented: Set and achieve ambitious goals for lead conversion and client acquisition. Track your performance and continuously strive for improvement.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our legal team to ensure a seamless handover of information and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.

- Enjoy building relationships with potential clients.
- Are detail-oriented and obsessed with accurately and thoroughly documenting everything in CRM software.
