Leitung IT-Security Operations- & Engineering
Die Führungseinheit IT-Security Operations- & Engineering verantwortet die Weiterentwicklung und den Betrieb von zwei IT-Security Fachbereichen. Das Cyber Defence Center (CDC) entwickelt und betreibt Systeme und Verfahren zur Detektion, Analyse, Abwehr und Bewältigung von Cyber-Security Ereignissen. Der Fachbereich Identity- & Access Management (IAM) entwickelt und betreibt die zentralen IAM-Systeme und -Prozesse.
Ihre Aufgaben
Ganzheitliche Führung der Einheit, bestehend aus insgesamt 12 Mitarbeitenden, zusammen mit den CDC- und IAM-Fachverantwortlichen;
Verantwortung für den Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung der von den beiden Fachbereichen erbrachten Services und Prozessen;
Leistungs- und Budgetverantwortung für die zuverlässige Serviceerbringung sowie für die beauftragten Projekte;
Mitverantwortung bei der Koordination und Bewältigung von Cyber-Incidents in Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit der Krisenorganisation;
Laufende und enge Abstimmung mit den Applikations- und Serviceverantwortlichen der SNB Informatik sowie den Fachstellen für IT-Security, Informationssicherheit und Berechtigungsverwaltung.
Ihr Profil
Hochschul- oder Fachhochschulabschluss in Informatik oder gleichwertige Aus- und Weiterbildung sowie Weiterbildung im Bereich Informationssicherheit (z.B. CISSP, CISM, MAS Informationssicherheit, GIAC-Zertifizierungen);
Fundierte, mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Führung einer operativen Einheit mit Schwerpunkt Cyber Defense und IAM in Unternehmen einer regulierten Branche mit vergleichbarer Grösse und Komplexität;
Hohe analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie fundierte methodische Kenntnisse und Erfahrung im Projektmanagement sowie in der Problemstrukturierung und -lösung, kommunikative Stärke, diplomatisches Geschick, Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung;
Breites und tiefes technisches Verständnis für die Entwicklung und den Betrieb eines Applikationsportfolios mit umfangreichen technischen Schnittstellen sowie Erfahrungen in der Rolle eines Applikations- oder Product-Owners;
Gute Deutsch- & Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
