About
In Ede worden dagelijks fruitdranken geproduceerd die je in supermarkten door het hele land terugziet. Om dit proces goed te laten verlopen zoeken we een operator die het overzicht houdt op de productielijnen. Je werkt met moderne machines, bewaakt de kwaliteit van het product en zorgt er samen met collega’s voor dat de productie blijft doorlopen.
Dit ga je doen
Samen met je collega’s ben je verantwoordelijk voor een deel van de productielijn waar sappen worden verwerkt en verpakt. Je werkt in kleine teams rondom een machinegroep en ondersteunt elkaar waar nodig.
Je houdt het proces in de gaten, grijpt in wanneer dat nodig is en zorgt ervoor dat alles volgens de richtlijnen verloopt.
Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:
- Bedienen en controleren van productiemachines en productielijnen
- Ombouwen van machines bij wisselingen van producten
- Reinigen van installaties volgens de geldende procedures
- Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles op product en proces
- Registreren van productiegegevens en afwijkingen
- Signaleren van verbeterpunten in het proces
Je werkt in een 3-ploegendienst .
Je bent in het bezit van
Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand die zich prettig voelt in een productieomgeving en graag samenwerkt met collega’s.
- MBO werk- en denkniveau
- Technisch inzicht in productieprocessen
- Ervaring in een productieomgeving (voedingsmiddelen is een plus)
- Basis computervaardigheden
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal
Daarnaast sta je open om nieuwe dingen te leren en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen het vak.
