Family Medicine Physician
StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $325000.00 - $325000.00

An independent nonprofit community hospital in Oregon's scenic Willamette Valley is expanding its outpatient Family Medicine team. This is a rare opportunity to join a physician-led, community-focused organization that prioritizes patient relationships, clinical excellence, and work-life balance.

  • Monday-Friday schedule

  • 18-20 patients per day

  • Minimal, phone-only call supported by nurse triage

  • Option to neonatal call; not required

Candidate Requirements

  • Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine

  • New graduates welcome

  • Can sponsor H1b Visas

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $325K base salary + production incentives

  • $25K sign-on bonus + relocation assistance

  • 34 days of PTO in your first year
