We are seeking a Counter Sales Associate to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for selling HVAC parts and equipment. Responsibilities:
* Welcome and identify customer needs * Explain products and services to customers * Monitor inventory to ensure the product is in stock * Enter and process customer orders * Investigate and resolve customer complaints
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent * Minimum 1 year of previous HVAC Experience * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills * Customer-centric attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional service * Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer software * Physical ability to lift and move moderately heavy items * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment * Detail-oriented and accurate in order processing and inventory management * Excellent computer and writing skills, including high proficiency in MS Office
