A Washington medical center is seeking their next Interim PACU Manager!

The Position

• An Interim PACU Manager is needed to oversee services pertaining to post-anesthesia care unit, pre/post-operative care, and procedural prep.
• This role will focus on team building, planning for increased procedural volume, and reviewing staff coverage hours and productivity to ensure operational efficiency.
• The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills to foster a cohesive environment, possess experience in surgical services, and demonstrate a collaborative approach to enhance patient care and staff performance.
• Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is required; master's degree is preferred.
• Active WA RN license is required.
• Active PALS, BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• CPAN certification is strongly preferred.
• Union experience is strongly preferred.

Compensation Details

• Compensation Range: $160,000 to $170,000 annually.
• The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
• The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
