Ihre Aufgaben:
- Sie sichern die Anlieferqualität der Produkte und entwickeln Lieferanten präventiv aus QM-Sicht
- Sie führen die Risikoeinstufung von Lieferanten und Bauteilen in Zusammenarbeit mit den Supplier Quality Spezialist durch
- Sie moderieren Machbarkeitsanalysen in cross-funktionalen Teams
- Sie bewerten QM-Methoden der Lieferanten (Ishikawa, FMEA, Kaizen) auf Fehler und Vollständigkeit
- Sie planen, führen durch und dokumentieren Warenabnahmen bei Lieferanten
- Sie legen qualitätsseitige Maßnahmen fest, verfolgen deren Umsetzung und reduzieren Wiederholreklamationen
- Sie steuern Warengruppen und Projekte aus Sicht der QM-Lieferantenentwicklung, inklusive Eskalationsmanagement
- Sie schulen und unterweisen Mitarbeiter sowie bei Bedarf Lieferanten fachlich
Ihr Profil:
- Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder Technikerabschluss mit relevanter Berufserfahrung und Zusatzqualifikationen
- QM-Manager-Zusatzausbildung erforderlich
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Fertigungstechniken und QM-Methoden (FMEA, Ishikawa, 8D, Kaizen)
- Sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse
- Erfahrung mit CAQ-Systemen (Babtec), Confluence und SAP/R3 von Vorteil
- Strukturierte, selbstständige und proaktive Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit, sicheres Auftreten und Empathie
- Konflikt- und Kritikfähigkeit, Verhandlungs- und Durchsetzungsstärke
- Hohe Reisebereitschaft
- Sehr gute Methoden- und Moderationskompetenz
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, Französisch wünschenswert
