Your Shift 
  • Hours: 11:55 PM – 3 PM  
  • Days: Monday - Friday (choose your shifts in the app)   
  • Pay: $17/hour, paid every Friday (daily pay also available)  
  • Location: Georgia Pacific (formerly Anchor Packaging) - Paragould, AR
Work Environment & Requirements: 
  • Indoor Facility: Work is performed in a clean, indoor environment. (Temperatures inside the facility can get warm during the summer months).
  • Strict Hygiene (GMPs): Since you are handling food-grade packaging, you must follow "Good Manufacturing Practices."
  • No Jewelry or Nails: For safety and food cleanliness, nail polish, fake nails, and jewelry are typically prohibited on the floor.
  • Safety Gear: Expect to wear a hairnet (and beard net if applicable) and use required safety equipment like earplugs.
  • Footwear: Closed-toe, slip-resistant shoes are required (safety-toe/steel-toe is standard for this facility).

What You’ll Do 

You’ll play a key role in keeping orders moving by:

  • Visually inspecting plastic food containers for quality and checking that counts match customer specifications.
  • Packing bagged products into cartons and stacking boxes on pallets to get finished goods ready for shipment.
  • Keeping your packing station clean, assisting with line start-up/shut-down, and following all food safety and manufacturing protocols.
What We’re Looking For:     
  • Previous production or packaging experience preferred, with the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
  • Strong attention to detail to differentiate products by size or color and the ability to follow strict safety and quality work instructions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle repetitive tasks while meeting standard production rates.
  • Ability to meet physical demands, including standing for long periods and working in a dynamic indoor manufacturing environment.
