Location: Suite Child — Elkhorn, Nebraska Part-Time: Approximately 16+ Hours/Week — Saturday Availability Required Compensation: Competitive hourly pay starting at $15/hour based on experience Reports To: Store Manager About Suite Child Suite Child is an elevated baby + children's boutique focused on exceptional customer service, thoughtfully curated products, and creating a joyful shopping experience for growing families. We're looking for a dependable, customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. About the Role This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, notices the little details, works well as part of a team, and takes pride in creating a welcoming and well-run store environment. You'll help create a shopping experience that feels warm, thoughtful, helpful, and genuinely personal while supporting the day-to-day operations of the store. What You'll Do Welcome customers with warmth and hospitality Offer helpful, honest product guidance without pressure Support customers through purchases, registries, and product questions Help maintain an organized, well-stocked, and welcoming store environment Assist with merchandising, restocking, and daily store tasks Communicate clearly and work collaboratively with the team throughout each shift Help maintain a clean, polished, and joyful shopping experience for customers Schedule & Compensation Approximately 16+ hours per week Part-time hours within store hours of Monday–Saturday, approximately 9:30am–5:15pm Both full and partial shifts are available Friday and Saturday availability is especially important, as these are our busiest days Competitive hourly pay based on experience We're Looking For Someone Who Is: Warm, dependable, and customer-focused Organized and detail-oriented A strong communicator and team player Comfortable learning new products and systems Self-motivated and willing to jump in where needed Professional, positive, and reliable Perks Employee discount Supportive and collaborative team environment Opportunity to grow within the business A thoughtful, team-oriented workplace where your contributions are valued We'd love to meet someone who enjoys meaningful work, values excellent customer experiences, and wants to contribute to creating something special for families in our community.
