Representatives receive ongoing coaching, call feedback, sales training, and development support designed to help them strengthen consultative sales skills and grow professionally. High performers have opportunities to advance into senior sales, training, and leadership positions. About the Role
This is a proactive outbound sales position based in our Dublin, Ohio office. Representatives are responsible for developing new customer relationships, managing sales opportunities, and supporting existing library customers through consultative conversations and consistent follow-through. Success in this role comes from: strong communication skills consistent prospecting activity resilience and adaptability effective follow-up coachability and a competitive, self-driven mindset This role is best suited for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable making outbound calls, and wants to develop professionally within a structured sales organization. What You'll Do
Prospect and develop new customer relationships with schools and libraries Manage and grow a pipeline of sales opportunities Conduct outbound calls and email outreach to generate business Support customer renewals and identify opportunities for expansion Learn customer needs and recommend subscription solutions Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up plans Participate in coaching, training, and team collaboration Contribute to a positive, accountable, high-performance team culture What We're Looking For
1+ year of sales, customer-facing, or relationship management experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working in a goal-oriented sales environment Competitive, coachable, and resilient mindset Ability to stay organized and follow through consistently Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Dynamics, or similar tools is a plus Interest in consultative outbound sales Schedule Options (In-Office)
MonThu: two days 8AM5PM and two days 10AM7PM; Fri: 8AM5PM MonThu: 10AM7PM; Fri: 8AM5PM MonFri: 8AM5PM Schedules are designed to support outreach across multiple time zones. Travel: Up to 10% for conferences and events. Compensation & Benefits
