What you will do in the role: Role and interaction with players: Answer inbound calls and emails, providing a positive and professional first impression while supporting event inquiries. Key aspect of the role: Process deposits, final payments, and event checkouts while tracking and sending receipts to clients. Key aspect of the role: Qualify and distribute all leads including phone, web, and walk-in inquiries. Contribution to Topgolf and other playmakers: Keep the office organized, stocked, and operate efficiently, including filing and maintaining documentation. Commitment to safety and sanitation: Follow established processes, phone guidelines, and service standards to ensure consistency and accuracy. Physical requirements: Lift and move things: Handle items up to 50 lb., with comfort in lifting, bending, stooping, and carrying.
