Vos tâches
Vous effectuez des tâches administratives générales.
Vous répondez à des questions sur la vie quotidienne en Suisse.
Vous guidez les résident-e-s dans les travaux internes d'entretien de la maison et de nettoyage.
Vous assurez l'hébergement conformément aux directives données lors de nouvelles admissions.
Vous êtes responsable des dispositifs de sécurité.
Vous organisez les soins médicaux des résident-e-s.
Vous documentez la gestion des cas, y compris le traitement de la base de données.
Vous assurez l’entretien des bâtiments, des installations et des espaces extérieurs.
Vous identifiez les besoins de maintenance et coordonnez les interventions techniques (internes ou externes).
Vous veillez au respect des normes d’hygiène, de propreté et de sécurité des locaux.
Vous gérez les stocks de matériel et de produits d’entretien.
Vous participez à l’organisation logistique (aménagement des chambres, gestion du mobilier, etc.).
Votre profil
Vous disposez d’une formation professionnelle (CFC ou équivalent), idéalement dans le domaine de l’intendance, de la maintenance ou du bâtiment.
Vous avez de solides capacités organisationnelles et savez prioriser vos tâches.
Vous avez le contact facile, une bonne résistance au stress, une personnalité stable et capable de travailler en équipe.
Vous savez gérer les conflits dans un environnement exigeant et multiculturel.
Vous savez vous démarquer des autres et possédez une personnalité fédératrice.
Vous trouvez des solutions et pensez de manière pragmatique.
Vous avez une réputation irréprochable (un extrait du casier judiciaire et un extrait spécial de casier judiciaire privé vous seront demandés).
Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français (à l’oral et à l’écrit).
Vous avez de bonnes connaissances des outils MS Office.
Des compétences techniques de base en entretien des bâtiments sont un atout.
