Excellent people skills, a result-driven self-starter who is an active listener, creative problem solver who is a solution-oriented sales professional. Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese or Mandarin is a plus! As a Sales Account Executive for one of the leading freight forwarders in the industry, OEC Group will provide you with an opportunity to build your book of business and become more knowledgeable about the shipping/logistics industry. Base Salary + Uncapped Commission Extra sales benefits include: monthly car allowance, cell phone, laptop and company expense account. About the Position Duties and responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned): Travel at least 2 weeks out of the month to assigned Market Outside of Home city. (AL/MS/LA/FL) Developing B2B Relationship through cold call & in person visit. Prepare and offer logistics service plans. Collaborate with Sale Support on the maintaining the pricing for the service plan. Onboarding account and aligning service expectation. Meeting at least the Performance or Hustle Goal at any even month (See Key Performance Indicator below) Being available to collaborate with team from another time zone Datamine New Prospect to rotate out leads. Datamine current account to monitor market share and other growth opportunities. Maintaining & updating the Sale's CRM Staying consistent in keeping close to prospect (Keeping pipeline with under 30 day since last contact) Routine Review of Pipeline with Sale Support When necessary, assist the Accounts Team in collecting payment. 6:00 pm EST Computer Skills To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office. Qualifications This position will cover a geographic area surrounding the OEC Group office the candidate has been hired for. The role requires having reliable transportation at the time of hire. 1+ years of B2B sales or marketing experience International or domestic freight forwarding experience is a plus.
