Les candidats intéressés doivent:
- Avoir un minimum de 1 à 2 ans d'expérience dans le domaine de l'immigration;
- Avoir une bonne connaissance des demandes d’immigration suivantes : programmes des travailleurs qualifiés du Québec, Programme d’Entrée Express, visa visiteur, permis d’études, et les demandes de permis de travail;
- Être parfaitement bilingue à l’écrit et à l’oral ;
- Posséder un diplôme universitaire ;
- Avoir des compétences téléphoniques solides ;
Description de l'emploi:
Les candidats seront responsables de:
- Répondre aux appels entrants dans le but de céduler des consultations avec le spécialiste en immigration ;
- Préparer des dossiers d'immigration au complet du début jusqu'à la fin;
- Examiner tous les documents recueillis afin de vérifier l'exactitude et la pertinence;
- Être le point de contact principal avec les clients;
- Faire des suivis avec les clients sur l'état d'avancement de leur demande et aider à fournir des solutions à leurs différents problèmes.

Interested Candidates MUST:
- Have a minimum of 1-2 years experience in the field of immigration;
- Be knowledgeable in the area of Quebec Skilled worker program, Express Entry, visitor, student, and work permit applications;
- Be perfectly bilingual written and oral;
- Possess a university diploma;
- Have strong telephone skills.
Job Description:
Candidates will be responsible for:
- Answering incoming phone call inquires with the goal of booking consultations with the immigration specialist.
- Preparing immigration files from beginning until completion;
- Reviewing all collected documents for accuracy and consistency;
- Serve as primary point-of-contact with the clients;
- Update clients on the progress of their application and assist in providing solutions to their problems;
