Identify and establish contact with potential customers Schedule and perform product demonstrations with potential customers Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers Attend industry trade shows to identify potential sales leads and make meaningful contact with existing customers Follow industry trends to identify new opportunities for potential sales Recommend marketing strategies to target a specific region or demographic Generate and submit sales reports to management Skills and Competencies

Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent required Minimum of two years' sales experience (counter sales, inside sales or outside sales) required Skilled in serving and negotiating with institutional and industrial purchasers, electrical contractors, and the public Knowledge of the electrical industry or a background in electrical products would be considered an asset, including - lighting, wiring devices, distribution, and motor control We are a full-service, wholesale distributor of electrical, Lighting, Plumbing, HVAC, Power and Hand Tools. We pride ourselves on the expertise of our staff and a strong inventory of the highest quality products in our industries. Eckart has over 50 years of experience in all facets of these industries.
