Role Overview: The Sales Manager- Pump Fabrications is pivotal in driving sales growth by establishing and nurturing relationships with customers. This position involves actively engaging with clients, quoting and processing sales orders, and ensuring accurate documentation within the company's systems. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities. The candidate should have knowledge of vertical turbine pump assemblies and fabrications (heads, column pipe and pump cans) including carbon, stainless and other metallurgies. Responsibilities: Proactively engage with potential and existing customers

Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and resolve issues effectively. Strong communicationand interpersonal skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities. Punctual, reliable, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Must be able to travel in continental United States. Preferred Skills Proficient in Microsoft Office software programs,including Outlook, Word,and Excel. Strong writing, editing, and communication skills. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Additional Notes Pre-employment drug testing shall be required.
