D1 Training Atascocita is a high-energy training facility focused on helping athletes and adults become stronger, faster, and more confident both inside and outside the gym. We're looking for an energetic, outgoing, and people-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Sales Associate. This is more than a front desk position — this role helps create the atmosphere, energy, and first impression that makes D1 different. If you love fitness, enjoy connecting with people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities: Greet athletes, parents, and members as they enter the facility Create a welcoming and high-energy environment Follow up with leads and help book consultations Respond to inquiries through phone, text, and social media Support membership sales and facility tours Help build strong relationships with members and families Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the facility Support day-to-day front desk operations during evening hours What We're Looking For: Positive attitude and strong communication skills Outgoing personality with confidence interacting with people Reliable, organized, and coachable Comfortable in a fast-paced environment Sales-minded and motivated to help people take action Passion for fitness, sports, or helping others is a plus Preferred Experience: Customer service Sales or lead follow-up Fitness industry experience Hospitality, restaurant, or retail experience What We Offer: Fun, high-energy work environment Growth and leadership opportunities Performance bonus opportunities Opportunity to make a real impact in the community Part-Time | Evening Position Monday–Thursday | 4 PM – 8 PM Pay: $14-$17 per hour + performance bonuses Compensation: $15.00 per hour D1 Training is an emerging fitness franchise, that is growing rapidly. D1 Training has over 80 facilities open and 180+ in development. At D1 Training, we inspire and motivate athletes to reach their goals. At D1, we believe in training the entire body as a unit to produce optimal human performance. No gimmicks, no fads; we utilize trusted and proven training techniques used to build the world's best athletes and deliver the, in age-appropriate programs led by our expert coaches. Nothing at D1 is random. Every workout, every day follows a strategic 8-week training cycle that is meticulously planned and backed by sports science. What began as training solely for the aspiring youth athlete, matured into fitness training for adults as well. With all who participate in the D1 training process moving aggressively towards their goals.
