Inside Sales Representative Overview Partnering with a fast-growing, service-focused company supporting construction and infrastructure projects Provides essential on-site solutions that keep job sites operating efficiently Known for a high-touch, relationship-driven approach with clients Opportunity to join a growing team with strong internal values and clear growth trajectory The Role Customer-facing sales position focused on building and managing client relationships Blend of inbound and outbound engagement with contractors and project teams Ideal for someone who enjoys relationship building and problem solving in a fast-paced environment What You’ll Do Serve as a primary point of contact for clients via phone and email Present and sell service offerings to both existing and prospective customers Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions Process and manage customer orders accurately Build long-term relationships through consistent follow-up and service Resolve customer issues efficiently to maintain high satisfaction Develop strong knowledge of services and offerings What We’re Looking For Required Strong interest in client service and relationship building Excellent communication skills Problem-solving mindset Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities Team-oriented approach Comfortable with technology, including CRM systems and productivity tools Preferred Prior customer service or sales experience High school diploma or equivalent Familiarity with local market or construction-related environments is a plus What You’ll Get Full training on products, services, and internal processes Opportunity to grow within a scaling organization Supportive, team-oriented environment Compensation and Benefits Hourly rate: $22 to $32 depending on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Ongoing training and development Company Rapidly growing organization supporting construction and project-based industries Focused on delivering reliable, high-quality service solutions Operates with a strong emphasis on customer care, operational excellence, and sustainable growth Company Description Orin Rice is a Seattle based Recruiting Firm specializing in Sales in the Great Seattle/Bellevue area.
