About
Om de verdere groei te continueren, willen we het succesvolle team versterken met een HR OFFICER Functieomschrijving
- Je verzorgt de maandelijkse loonvoorbereiding en loonafwerking van een 300-tal medewerkers waarbij je waakt over een correcte toepassing van de sociale wetgeving.
- Jij bent het aanspreekpunt voor de medewerkers, afdelingshoofden en directie. Zij kunnen bij jou terecht met allerhande vragen, gaande van sociale wetgeving en loontechnische zaken tot interpersoonlijke aspecten. Ook met de sociale partners/ vakbonden weet je proactief langetermijnrelaties op te bouwen.
- Je staat in voor alle sociale documenten en bijhorende administratie (opvolging facturen, audits, ...). Je verwerkt personeelsdossiers vanaf aanwerving tot exit.
- Je denkt, samen met jouw HR-collega's, actief na over allerhande HR-projecten (opleiding, evaluaties, comp & ben, ...). Je denkt mee over procesoptimalisaties op vlak van payroll en HR.
- Je coördineert de samenwerking met externe partners (uitzendkantoren, potentiële kandidaten) in overleg met de Talent Acquisition Manager en fungeert als contactpersoon voor hen.
- Je rapporteert aan de HR Manager.

- Je beschikt over een Bachelor of Master diploma en je hebt minstens 3 jaar relevante ervaring in payroll en HR-processen in een internationale productieomgeving.
- Je hebt ervaring met personeel- en payrollsoftware
- Je hebt een goede kennis van de sociale wetgeving, payroll en HR-processen.
- Je bent communicatief en houdt ervan in dialoog te gaan.
- Je bent administratief sterk, werkt nauwkeurig en oplossingsgericht.
- Je bent een teamplayer, maar kan evengoed zelfstandig werken.
- Je wil meedenken op vlak van optimalisatie van onze HR-processen.
- Je hebt een vlotte kennis Frans en Nederlands
