Customer Service Coordinator (m/w/d)
Als Customer Service Coordinator wickelst Du Kunden- und Serviceaufträge von der Anfrage bis zur Rechnungsstellung administrativ ab und berätst Kunden höflich und kompetent. Ferner pflegst du unsere Daten in den Systemen und bist auch für unseren externen Kundenservice ein/e angenehme Ansprechpartner/in.

Dein Wirkungsfeld
Bearbeitung von telefonischen und schriftlichen Aufträgen im Bereich Kundendienst
Erstellen von Serviceaufträgen für die Servicedisponenten
Kontrolle und Fakturierung von abgeschlossenen Aufträgen
Pflege von Stammdaten und Kundendossiers im ERP / CRM System
Stellvertretung der Disponenten bei deren Abwesenheit
Was Du mitbringst
Du bist eine strukturierte sowie aufgeschlossene Persönlichkeit
Hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, Handelsschule oder technische Grundausbildung mit Erfahrung im administrativen Bereich
Besitzt Erfahrung im Bereich Kundenberatung, Kundendienst und Servicedienstleistungen, idealerweise im technischen und industriellen Umfeld
Deine Deutsch- und ösischkenntnisse sind ausgezeichnet, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
Gehst sicher mit MS-Office und Erfahrung mit einem ERP-System um
Bist ein Teamplayer und hast eine Hands-on Mentalität
Du setzt Prioritäten selbständig, abeitest exakt und verlierst die gesteckten Ziele nicht aus den Augen
Du verstehst es, mit der Dynamik in einem serviceorientierten Markt umzugehen
