This opportunity is designed for individuals who want more than a traditional commission-only sales role. We offer a structured, salary-based compensation plan combined with performance incentives, creating an environment focused on consistency, customer experience, and long-term career growth. At Deland CJDR, we emphasize professionalism, accountability, and teamwork. Our sales consultants are supported with the tools, training, and leadership necessary to succeed in a modern retail automotive environment. This role is ideal for individuals who value stability while still being rewarded for strong performance, customer satisfaction, and personal development.
