Leasing Sales Consultant – Multi-family Commercial Real Estate

Excellent position in a luxury Mid-Rise Apartment Community is now available in a fast growing, multi-family real estate and property management firm for a customer service oriented full time Strong Leasing Consultant. Must have strong sales experience. Green Leaf Partners, Management Inc., is an owner and operator of multi-family real estate with an expanding portfolio of 3000+ units located throughout the US. We are a nimble and flat organization where decisions are made fast and results matter – come grow with us! The Leasing Consultant will be accountable for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, prospective residents, and team members. You will assist the Community Manager in daily operations, sales, marketing, resident satisfaction and profitability of the Luxury Apartment community in Seattle, WA.
This team member must understand and successfully reach owner’s objectives and financial goals through strong sales and marketing skills. A very successful Leasing Consultant will: Assist the Community Manager in generating income by monitoring market conditions and attracting and retaining residents. Manage the leasing process, from start to finish by presenting our community in a compelling way, overcoming objections, building relationships and creating excitement. Handle monetary transaction, deposits, rents, deposit accounting and back deposits. Be responsible for 3 day notices, delinquency, etc. Demonstrate strong customer service, organizational, multi-tasking and communication skills Champion the Green Leaf brand to team members and colleagues. Candidates must have proven success demonstrating superb customer service, sales, problem-solving, decision-making, multitasking, communication, and organizational skills. Must thrive in a dynamic, ever-changing environment. Strong customer service background required. Entrata experience strongly preferred. Property Management experience is required. Entrata experience is helpful not required. Attractive wages with very attractive leasing commissions. This is a full time position.
