About
Our client, a well established construction related company located in Huntsville, Alabama, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative. Guaranteed salary during training and then move to a commission basis. This position will be trained by the company owner to insure success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new business accounts through disciplined prospecting.
- Conduct solution-based sales consultations and demonstrations, and product trials with decision makers.
- Qualify, control and close sales.
Job Requirements:
- 2+ years of outside sales experience.
- Construction experience preferred
- Able to achieve sales quotas.
- Consultative mind-set with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Hunter mentality.
- High energy and disciplined to work your territory and achieve sales results.
- Competitive, confident and assertive with a strong work ethic.
- Problem-solving and mechanically-oriented with the confidence to recommend solutions.
- Abundance mentality with a "can do" approach.
- Determined, disciplined, and driven to succeed financially.
