Deine Aufgaben bei uns:
- Sicherstellung der Implementierung des Operations Management Systems (OMS) innerhalb der DHL Supply Chain Germany & Alps Organisation
- Entwicklung und Coaching des Führungskräfte-Teams der Niederlassungen (erste Berichtsebene bis hin zum Niederlassungsleiter)
- Standardisierung der Prozesse & Systeme
- Training der Beschäftigten in den Niederlassungen
- Sicherstellung der Nachhaltigkeit von OMS durch das Tracking und Reporting der Erfolge sowie bei Bedarf Entwicklung von Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnungen von Maßnahmen im Rahmen der Implementierung
- Im Sinne von Best-Practice-Sharing stellen Sie aktiv Erfolgsbeispiele aus den Implementierungen (über-)regional zur Verfügung und fördern deren Verbreitung
Das bringst du mit:
- Nachweisbare Erfolge und Leidenschaft für die Themen Coaching und Weiterbildung
- Fortgeschrittenes Wissen und Erfahrung in der Anwendung von Operations Excellence (Lean + Continuous Improvement)
- Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Durchführung von Workshops und Schulungen
- Hohes Maß an Willensstärke und demonstrierter Veränderungswille
- Beherrscht adressatengerechte Kommunikation (sowohl an Führungskräfte als auch gegenüber operativen Mitarbeitern)
- Langjährige Erfahrung im operativen Logistikbetrieb wünschenswert
- Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative
- Aktiver Zuhörer und Kommunikationsstärke
- Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands
