About
We are currently seeking an energetic and dedicated Resident Care Aide/Medication Aide.
Schedule: Full Time, 7am - 3pm
Salary: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour, based on experience
Shift differential for evenings, nights and weekend shifts

Resident Care Aide Responsibilities include:
- Assisting our memory impaired residents to complete tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing while maintaining the residents' dignity and promoting their independence
- Ensure compliance and understanding of all regulations regarding residents' rights
- Maintain and document proper records of care
- Immediately report changes in resident's condition to the supervisor: evidence of illness, changes in behavior, personal care needs not being met, medication issues, residents' whereabouts unknown, etc.
- Promote and encourage residents to participate in community activities
Resident Care Aide Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
- Certified Nursing Assistant-CNA, Home Health Aide-HHA, or Personal Care Aide-PCA certification preferred or as required by law
- One year working in a care giving capacity preferred
- Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly required
